The CMACEWHEEL T20 is powered by an EU-compliant brushless rear motor featuring a 250W rated continuous output and a 950W peak power surge (85 N·m torque), paired with a 48V 18Ah (864Wh) removable battery to deliver up to 55 km (34 mi) of pedal-assist range. Available in classic Black or an eye-catching Grey-Black Gradient finish, it rolls on 20"×4.0" all-terrain fat tires with brown sidewalls and spoke rims, gripping snow, sand, gravel and city streets with equal confidence. In strict compliance with European road laws (EN 15194 / EPAC), the top speed is factory-limited to 25 km/h (15.5 mph) in pedal-assist mode with the twist throttle disabled. For riders located outside the European Union, the twist throttle can be activated and the top speed unlocked up to 42 km/h (26 mph).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- For Accessories & Helmets: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- For Electric Bikes: The e-bike must be free from any dirt, dust, or damage. The odometer must have less than 10 miles (16 km) recorded. It must be packed in its original box with all included accessories (keys, chargers, tools).
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process & Shipping Costs
To start a return, you must contact us at our customer service email. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of e-bikes, return shipping can be significant.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
